lovely sea view room and great location

friendly staff beach access satisfying food maintained room

the hotel provided an really good experience overall i found the staff quite great ensuring all needs were met promptly the location near the beach made access simple and added significant value to my stay the food provided a satisfying selection of options with both breakfast and dinner being of high quality the room itself was clean well maintained and included a comfortable bed.

i observed that the gym equipment was a little outdated possibly needing some upgrades to align with the hotel's otherwise modern facilities.

friendly staff comfortable beds

The staff at reception, in dining, and at the bar were friendly and cute. The rooms are super clean. They cleaned them every day, the beds are soft and comfortable. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants!

The hotel is right by the sea, this is very useful. It is a short walking distance from many things. Star Beach is only a ten minute walk. It is beautiful!

I found a powerful shower. the bed was comfortable. the staff were very cute. the food tasted delicious, but i would have liked more gluten-free options, especially cakes. the spa was a treat. It helped my painful shoulder, back, and neck.

some rust was on the table, and i saw some calcification on the whirlpool, but it wasn't a big deal

some issues need attention

broken jacuzzi subpar cleanliness

the room i got wasn't great some things bothered me a lot the cleanliness was subpar with hairs on the floor i had to deal with a broken jacuzzi it leaked everywhere staff didn't fix it and blamed me there was also a beach issue it wasn't ready i was told it was the first day but everything should be fixed before that.
